If your phone does not already have a QR code reader built into the camera, download a QR code reader from the app store.
Open your camera app or QR code reader on your smartphone or other smart device.
Point your camera at the QR code at the bottom right of your prescription label.
Tap on the link that appears on your screen.
If you prefer, you can also fill out this form and we will process your refill request as soon as possible.
